DISCUSSION:
On July 11,2023, your Board approved the third and final change order for the Humboldt
County Correctional Facility Accessibility Improvement Project, Project Number 2019-102 in
the amount of $30,032.84. Before you today is a supplemental budget in the amount of $30,033 to effectuate the payment of the change order.

Narrative Explanation of Financial Impact:
Funds for the Humboldt County Correctional Facility Accessibility Improvement Project, Project Number 2019-102 were not rolled forward to the current fiscal year's budget. As described above the approval of the supplement budget for $30,033 will transfer funds from the 2020 Finance Plan to the ADA Compliance project budget (3552-152) to close out payments for the Humboldt County Correctional Facility Accessibility Improvement Project, Project Number 2019-102. Use of the 2020 Finance Plan was previously approved as the funding mechanism for this project.
