That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Authorize the Chair to sign the resolution and direct the Clerk of the Board to mail a certified copy to Penny Eckert, Orleans Community Service Club, P.O. Box 181, Orleans, CA 95556.

DISCUSSION:
The Orleans Community Service Club has requested a resolution authorizing temporary road closures for the 74th Annual “Old Timers Day Parade” in Orleans on June 16, 2024.
Temporary road closures requested include portions of Highway 96 from Big Rock to the Forest Service Compound at Ishi Pishi Rd. in Orleans.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to the formal road closure resolution.
