DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors received a letter dated August 7, 2023, from the Executive Committee of the Behavioral Health Board asking the Board of Supervisors to remove Madison Flynn from the Behavioral Health Board due to lack of attendance. This action is in accordance with Article III, Section 3 of the approved Behavioral Health Board by-laws (attached). A letter thanking Madison Flynn for her time served is attached.
