DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors recognizes the Humboldt County Child Abuse Prevention Coordinating Council and the many local agencies dedicated to preventing child abuse, raising awareness and promoting the well-being of children and families. To honor their efforts, the Board will proclaim April 2026 as Child Abuse Prevention Month in Humboldt County.
