Second Amendment to Professional Services Agreement No. 289-1306-3 with GHD, Inc.
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the proposed Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with GHD, Inc. (Agreement No. 289-1306-3) to provide technical assistance to small economically disadvantaged water and wastewater providers throughout the North Coast region; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute the proposed Second Amendment in triplicate; and direct the Clerk of the Board to transmit two fully executed copies of the proposed Second Amendment to the Public Works Department.
