Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement between Humboldt County and Transitional Residential Treatment Facilities Inc. (TRTF) for Fiscal Year 2012-2013; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) copies of the Agreement effective July 1, 2012; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) copies of the Agreement to Mental Health Branch Administration.
