DISCUSSION:
The Clerk of the Board’s office has been notified that the approved action summary for the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors meeting of May 12, 2026 incorrectly states the actions taken regarding Items K-4 and K-5.
The attached action summary for the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors meeting of May 12, 2026 has been revised to accurately reflect the actions taken regarding Items K-4 and K-5.

General Fund
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There are no direct costs associated with approval of the revised action summary for the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors meeting of May 12, 2026. As a result, the recommended action will not impact the Humboldt County General Fund.
STAFFING IMPACT:
Approval of the revised action summary for the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors meeting of May 12, 2026 will not impact staff.
