Cash Match Resolution and Supplemental Budget for Senate Bill 81 Youthful Offender Block Grant - Juvenile Hall Replacement Project, Project #170212
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution (Attachment 1) clarifying the County of Humboldt funding source for the Juvenile Hall Replacement Facility Project and rescind Resolution No. 14-28 as approved by your Board on April 8, 2014; allocate an additional $86,174 in funds from the Certificates of Participation approved by your Board on April 10, 2012, toward the project as local match; and approve the attached supplemental budget (Attachment 2, 4/5 vote required) to recognize the total local match required for the project.
