That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt the attached resolution rescinding Resolution Nos. 18-32 and 18-64 and approving a further amended list of projects to be funded by California Senate Bill 1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act for fiscal year 2018-2019.

DISCUSSION:
California Senate Bill 1 (SB 1): The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 approved $54 billion over the next decade to fix roads, freeways and bridges. As part of the accountability section of the guidelines for receiving SB1 funds, local agencies must submit an approved list of proposed projects to the California Department of Transportation prior to receiving an apportionment of such funds from the State Controller. The list of projects proposed to be funded with SB1 funds shall include a description and location of each proposed project, a proposed schedule for the project's completion and the estimated useful life of the improvement.
On April 24, 2018 (Item C-14), the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 18-32 which approved a list of projects to be funded by SB1 revenues for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2019. The Board of Supervisors subsequently adopted Resolution No. 18-64 which approved an amended list of projects to be funded by SB1 revenues for FY 2018-2019 on June 26, 2018 (Item C-34).
