Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors ratify the Director of Public Works to sign Contract Change Order Number 5 for the total amount of $69,555.61; ratify the Director of Public Works to sign Contract Change Order Number 6 for the total amount of $38,084.62; and approve the attached Appropriation Transfer to provide funding.
