1. Authorize the Chair to sign the letter of appreciation.

DISCUSSION:
Maya Stuart is resigning from the Frist 5 Humboldt commission after serving since October 2018. Maya has been an asset to this commission and her guidance during the Covid Pandemic was essential while serving many Humboldt families struggling with such a difficult time. She has served as a past chair and on the executive committee. She will be missed and the Board of Supervisors wishes her well.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact in sending a letter of appreciation.
