Authorization for the Social Services Director to Sign Agreements with Community Based Organizations for Participation with CalFresh Outreach and Support Activities
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached form Agreement for Community Based Organizations participating with the Department of Health and Human Services for CalFresh Outreach and Support activities each to not exceed $48,000; and authorize the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Social Services Director to sign individual agreements on behalf of the Board of Supervisors substantially in the form of the attached sample upon proof of insurance.
