The Board of Supervisors would like to acknowledge and present a certificate of appreciation to Lon Winburn for his 33 years of service and dedication to the Fortuna Volunteer Fire Department and to the citizens of Humboldt County.

Staff time in preparation of this staff report comes from the General Fund.
