Agreements with Humboldt Transit Authority for the Operation of (1) Southern Humboldt Bus Transit System, (2) Tish Non Village Bus Transit System, and (3) Willow Creek Transit System
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached agreement for the operation of a bus transit system in the southern Humboldt area with Humboldt Transit Authority (HTA) effective July 1, 2015 and delegate to the Chair authority to sign three original copies of the Agreement; approve the attached agreement for the operation of the new Tish Non Village bus transit system with HTA effective July 1, 2015 and delegate to the Chair authority to sign three original copies of the Agreement; approve the attachment agreement for the operation of a bus transit system in the Willow Creek area with HTA effective July 1, 2015 and delegate to the Chair authority to sign three original copies of the Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two fully executed copies of the said agreements to Public Works for distribution.
