Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement with California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation - Division of Juvenile Justice Facilities for Diagnostic Studies, Treatment Services and Temporary Detention; execute the Board of Supervisors Resolution approving the Agreement; authorize the Chief Probation Officer to execute the Agreement and other documents associated with the Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the Board of Supervisors Resolution to the Humboldt County Probation Department, Attention: Ellisha Hardison.
