The Pacific Coast Federation of Fisherman’s Association (PCFFA) has requested that the Board of Supervisors proclaim the 4th week in October as Wild and Scenic Rivers Week in Humboldt County to bring public awareness to the value of free-flowing rivers and the work that is being done to ensure restoration and protection of our Wild and Scenic rivers on the North Coast
