DISCUSSION:
A vacancy occurred on the Fortuna Fire Protection District Commission due to the passing of Mel Berti. The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors is the governing and appointment body for the District Board and has been asked to appoint Dustin Rossman to fill the vacancy.

There is no financial impact to this appointment.
