Extension of Memorandum of Understanding with Trinity County for Agricultural Commissioner Services
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the proposed Amendment to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Trinity County (Attachment 1) and authorize the Chair to sign; direct the Clerk of the Board to return two signed originals of the Amendment to the County Administrative Office for processing; and pursuant to Section 7 of the Humboldt County Salary Resolution, extend the 5% in additional compensation for the position of Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights & Measures (class 0824), currently schedules to terminate on June 30, 2014, until June 30, 2015, or until termination of the MOU with Trinity County for Agricultural Commissioner services, whichever occurs first (4/5ths vote required).
