Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement between Humboldt County and Transitional Residential Treatment Facilities (TRTF), Inc. for Fiscal Year 2013-2014; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) copies of the Agreement effective July 1, 2013; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) copies of the Agreement to Mental Health Administration.
