Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve exercising the option to extend the lease for 1106 Second Street, Eureka, CA; authorize Real Property to send a notice to Lessor that County is exercising the option to extend the lease through June 30, 2017; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed agenda item to Real Property.
