Professional Services Agreement with Preferred Healthcare Registry, Inc. Regarding the Provision of Supplemental Staffing Services for Fiscal Years 2017-2018 Through 2018-2019
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the chair to execute, the attached professional services agreement with Preferred Healthcare Registry, Inc. which allows for the provision of a Senior Activity Therapist who will be responsible for performing certain rehabilitation services at the county's Psychiatric Health Facility, Sempervirens for fiscal years 2017-2018 through 2018-2019; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the attached professional services agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services - Contract Unit for further processing.
