Conference with Real Property Negotiators – Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to grant authority to its negotiators regarding the price and terms of payment for the lease of real properties located at: 1425 J Street, Arcata, California 95521 (Assessor Parcel Number 020-133-022); 1018 H Street, Eureka, California 95501 (Assessor Parcel Number 005-023-002); 1100 Main Street, Ferndale, California 95536 (Assessor Parcel Number 030-191-013); 1426 Main Street, Fortuna, California 95540 (Assessor Parcel Number 040-021-007); and 483 Conger Street, Garberville, California 95542 (Assessor Parcel Number 032-011-006). The County’s negotiators are identified as: Tom Mattson, Humboldt County Public Works Director, and any duly authorized designees thereof. The parties with whom the County may negotiate are identified as: American Legion Posts 274, 212, 559, 205, 494 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1872, 6353, 2207, 6354, and any duly authorized designees thereof.
