Recommendation

The Humboldt County Planning Commission has considered an Addendum to a previously adopted Final Environmental Impact report pursuant to Section §15164 of the State CEQA Guidelines, make all the required findings for approval of the modified Conditional Use Permit and adopt the Resolution approving the proposed BFCCF project subject to the recommended conditions.
