Agreement with Betty Kwan Chinn Homeless Foundation to Provide Services at the Betty Kwan Chinn Day Center for Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Social Services Clients Experiencing Homelessness
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the amendment to the professional services agreement with Betty Kwan Chinn Homeless Foundation for the period of May 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Contract Unit.
