Recommendation

That the Board of Supervisors approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute three (3) originals of the attached Health Officer agreement with Donald I. Baird. M.D. for services for FY 2017-18; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Employee Services.
