RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Authorize the Chair to sign the proclamation; and
2. Receive and file the annual update.

Strategic Plan Category: 1001 -Support and sustain partnerships between public safety and partner agencies to enhance public safety in our communities
DISCUSSION:
The Executive Director of the Area 1 Agency on Aging will provide its annual presentation to the Board of Supervisors highlighting key accomplishments, challenges and priorities from the past year.
Additionally, the Board of Supervisors will proclaim the month of May as Older Americans Month in Humboldt County.
