DISCUSSION:
The Board is adjourning the May 16, 2023 Board of Supervisors Meeting in memory of Richard Evans who recently passed away. Mr. Evans was deeply involved with the Westside Community Improvement Association and the Jefferson Community Center Project. He will be remembered for his tremendous service and commitment to the citizens of Humboldt County.

There is no financial impact to signing the certificate.
