Recommendation

That the Board of Supervisors receive the staff report; and authorize the Chairperson of the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors to execute the attached Agreement between the County of Humboldt (County), and Environmental Science Associates (ESA) (Consultant) for Preparation of Revised Transportation, Noise, Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Sections of the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR)(Attachment 1).
