Recommendation

That the Board of Supervisors adjourn as Humboldt County Board of Supervisors; convene as the Governing Board of the Humboldt County In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Public Authority and consider the following agenda:

      a. Approve recommendation to accept the resignation of Ms. Maggie Kraft.

      b. Approve recommendation to appoint Ms. Laurie Frasher.

and reconvene as Humboldt County Board of Supervisors
