Recommendation

Adopt the resolution to take the following actions: 1) Find the project as Categorically Exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15302 and 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines, 2) make all of the required findings for approval of the Special Permit and 3) approve the Mattole Camp and Retreat Center Special Permit as recommended by staff subject to the recommended conditions.
