Second Amendment to Agreement with Diamond Drugs, Incorporated for Fiscal Years 2013-2014
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the Second Amendment to Agreement with Diamond Drugs, Inc.; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed originals of the Second Amendment to Agreement with Diamond Drugs, Inc. to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Mental Health Administration.
