Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Del Norte County for Legal Services Related to a Child Welfare Services (CWS) Case Due to Conflict of Interest
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Del Norte County for legal services related to a Child Welfare Services (CWS) case due to conflict of interest; authorize the Chairperson to execute four (4) originals of the MOU; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route three (3) fully executed originals of the MOU to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Social Services Administration.
