DISCUSSION:
Ongoing problems with Frontier Communication system failures and the lack of responsiveness to local residents, public safety officials, local fire chiefs and emergency coordinators has become an extremely important public safety issue in the Mattole Valley. The Board of Supervisors is forwarding a letter to the CPUC requesting assistance with this matter.
