RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Receive and file the proposals submitted in response to the Request for Proposal No. DHHS2022-03 regarding the provision of California High-Fidelity Wraparound services to eligible DHHS - BH and CWS clients, as well as potential clients involved in the Juvenile Probation system;
2. Approve the selection of Redwood Community Services Inc., as the organization to provide California High-Fidelity Wraparound services to eligible DHHS - BH and CWS clients, as well as potential clients involved in the Juvenile Probation system;
3. Approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. regarding the provision of California High-Fidelity Wraparound services in an amount not to exceed $445,879 for the period of Oct. 1, 2023, through Sept. 30, 2024;
4. Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services - Child Welfare Services Director, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all subsequent amendments to the attached professional services agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc., after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County Administrative Office; and
5. Direct the Clerk of the Board to return one fully executed original copy of the attached professional services agreement with Redwood Community Services, Inc. to the Department of Health and Human Services - Contract Unit for further processing.
