Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive staff report; receive staff impact analyses and district resolutions for the Fieldbrook Glendale and Westhaven Community Service Districts; and approve Fieldbrook Glendale and Westhaven Community Services Districts' resolutions to transition to even-year elections pursuant to California Elections Code, Sections 14050-14057.
