DISCUSSION:
The Clerk of the Board has been notified that Thomas Mulder has submitted his resignation (Attachment 1) from the Humboldt County Planning Commission. The Board of Supervisors extends its gratitude to Mulder for his years of service to this commission.

There is no financial impact to sending a letter of appreciation to a volunteer position.
