That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Consider making the appointment to the HCAAC.

DISCUSSION:
At the June 27, 2023, Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board was notified that there was an At-Large vacancy on the HCAAC. The vacancy was due to the term expiration of member Kyle Gabel. The vacancy was posted, and applications were accepted.
This would be an appointment for a four-year term with an expiration date of June 30, 2027.
Mr. Kyle Gabel has requested reappointment to the seat.
The Clerk of the Boards office has not received any new applications.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no immediate financial impact to appointing a member to this commission. Members of the HCAAC do not receive stipends or travel reimbursements.
