DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County McKinleyville Municipal Advisory Committee (MMAC) has one unscheduled at-large vacancy due to the resignation of long-time member Maya Conrad.
A vacancy notice has been posted per the Board of Supervisors protocol. A separate agenda item will be brought back on March 3, 2026, for the consideration of appointments.

All appointed members of the Humboldt County MMAC are required to comply with California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing AB1234 Ethics Training every two years.
