Vital Records Business Intelligence System (VRBIS) Data Use and Disclosure Agreement with California Department of Public Health
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Vital Records Business Intelligence System (VRBIS) Data Use and Disclosure Agreement with California Department of Public Health (CDPH), for a term of three (3) years from the date of final execution by both parties (Attachment 1); authorize the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Director of Public Health or designee to sign the VRBIS Data Use and Disclosure Agreement with CDPH; authorize the DHHS-Director of Public Health to sign all future amendments to this VRBIS Data Use and Disclosure Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) fully executed copy of the Board report to the DHHS-Contract Unit.
