1. Authorize the Chair to sign the letter of appreciation.

DISCUSSION:
The Clerk of the Boards office has been notified that Mr. Greg Orsini is retiring from the General Manager’s position at the McKinleyville Community Services District. The General Manger is also the voting member on the Humboldt County McKinleyville Municipal Advisory Committee (MMAC). The Board of Supervisors would like to thank Mr. Orsini for his service and wish him well on his retirement.i8
Mr. Orsini has notified the Clerk of the Board’s office that Mr. Patrick Kaspari will be the new General Manager and will be filling the position of the MMAC starting in July 2020. The MMAC Roster has been updated to reflect these changes.
