Agreement between Humboldt County and Davis Guest Home for Fiscal Years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement with Davis Guest Home for fiscal years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016; authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute three (3) originals of the Agreement effective July 1, 2014; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of this Agreement to Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health Administration.
