DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors is proud to proclaim May 2026 as Caregivers Appreciation Month and express gratitude to resource parents, tribally-approved caregivers, relatives, non-related extended family members and caregivers supporting youth in short-term residential therapeutic programs for their dedication to supporting children and youth in Humboldt County.
