1. Adopt the revised resolution (Attachment 1) to correct a minor typographical error.

DISCUSSION:
On Febr. 10, 2026, your Board held a public hearing and adopted a resolution denying a proposed extension to a Special Permit for a billboard in the Elk River area that was filed by Allpoints Outdoor, Inc. The resolution which was adopted and signed by the Chair included a typo in Finding Number 6, which stated the date at which the billboard had originally been required to be removed was Sept. 29, 2026. The date required for removal that was specified in the original permit was Sept. 29, 2025. The attached resolution corrects this error.
