2015 Streets Resurfacing Project, Contract No.: 325374
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors accept the completed contract between Sierra Nevada Construction, Inc. and Humboldt County for the construction of the 2015 Streets Resurfacing project; and approve the final payment, as submitted by the Public Works Department to the Auditor/Controller, in the amount of $34,063.78 which is the five percent (5%) retention. This will bring the total amount paid to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract.
