License Agreement with First United Methodist Church Located at 520 Del Norte Street, Eureka, for Use of Rooms to Conduct Child/Parent Visitations
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and execute two (2) originals of the license agreement with First United Methodist Church located at 520 Del Norte Street, Eureka for use of rooms to conduct child/parent visitations as scheduled by Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Children and Family Services; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) fully executed original of the license agreement with First United Methodist Church to the Public Works-Real Property Agent for transmittal to the licensor.
