Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the proposed Second Amendment to the California Home Visiting Program Agreement with Del Norte County for Fiscal Year 2013/14; authorize the Chair to sign four (4) originals of the proposed Second Amendment; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return four (4) signed originals of the proposed Second Amendment to the Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Public Health Administration.
