DISCUSSION:

Law enforcement officers serve on the front lines of public safety, often at great personal risk. Their commitment to protecting the lives and property of residents in Humboldt County deserves recognition and respect. By observing “National Police Week”, the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors affirms its appreciation for the dedication, professionalism and courage of local law enforcement personnel.
