Lease Agreement with the McKinleyville Community Services District (MCSD)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Lease agreement with the MCSD for a term of five years for the use of its facility to provide library services to the McKinleyville community; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) original fully executed lease to Public Works-Real Property Division for transmittal to Lessor.
