RECOMMENDATION(S):
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Waive the requirements of the Humboldt County Nuclear-Free Ordinance with regard to Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Airport Infrastructure Grant Agreement No. 3-06-0072-021-2025; and
2. Approve, and ratify the Assistant County Administrative Officer's execution of, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Airport Infrastructure Grant Agreement No. 3-06-0072-021-2025; and
3. Authorize the Interim Director of Aviation, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all subsequent amendments to Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Airport Infrastructure Grant Agreement No. 3-06-0072-021-2025, after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County Administrative Office; and
4. Adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Interim Director of Aviation, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all documents related to Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Airport Infrastructure Grant Agreement No. 3-06-0072-021-2025; and
5. Receive and file bid tabulation for Murray Field Airport Runway 12/30 and Taxiway A Rehabilitation Project (Project No. AV-2024-01); and
6. Award the Murray Field Airport Runway 12/30 and Taxiway A Rehabilitation Project (Project No. AV-2024-01) to, and authorize the Interim Director of Aviation, or a designee thereof, to execute an agreement that is substantially similar to the sample construction project agreement attached hereto with, American Road Maintenance for an amount not to exceed Six Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($684,850), u...
