DISCUSSION:
Soroptimist International of Humboldt Bay have announced their award recipients for 2022. The Board of Supervisors would like to acknowledge the following award winners: Asia Brunell for winning the Ruby Award for Women Helping Women; Jaguar Smith and Ruthie Koch for winning the Live your Dream Award; Brenda Grant, Jennifer Bunnell, and Maria Fernandez for winning the Women’s Re-entry Award; Eliana Horowitz for winning the Violet Richardson Award and also winning the Distinguished Youth Scholarship Award; and Naomy Nevaraz for winning the Women in Business Award. The Board congratulates you all.

Approval of this agenda item results in no impact to the county General Fund beyond staff time in preparation of this agenda item.
